		<description>So true.  Not only is it helpful in the way that John knows what changes were made, it&#039;s one less step for John to have to document what happened and when.  It may seem little, but having to go through 10 generic emails for 10 clients and create additional documentation for each adds so much unnecessary time to one&#039;s day.</description>
